Only one person caught out of 13 people that fished

Hunstrete complex closure 16th December

Good evening all hope your all well. The Hunstrete complex will be closed on Saturday 16th of December to replace Barley straw in all the lakes. If any members want to attend to help out it would be very much appreciated. Breakfast will be supplied and you can also have a fish afterwards if you want to. 1st place C. Bastin with a weight of 127lb
(5 fish caught)
2nd M.Gillam with 95lb (5 fish caught)
The biggest fish caught again was C.Bastin with a fish weighing 33lb 04oz. A total of 30 fish were caught through the match a fantastic result well done to all involved. Result sheet below.

Dave Crookes memorial match

Good evening all hope your all well. A huge thankyou to all the guys who turned up to fish the Dave Crookes memorial match on bridge Pool today and to the guys who are still fishing the 24hr match on the main lake. A total of £714 was raised for asthma and lung uk which B.A.A will be topping up to £1000. Winner on Bridge pool was Kev Winstone from peg 16 with a weight of 45lb 13oz. Second was our very own James Buckle from peg 28 with 30lb 09oz. Third was Paul Barnfield from peg 17 with 30lb 02oz. Well done to all and thanks again for the support.
Ps i will post 24hr results tomorrow when i get them.
